Special 2010 Tax Credit Available for Landscape Contractors!

If you are a Landscape Contractor, you may be able to take advantage of SIGNIFICANT tax savings on new equipment purchased and put in use by December 31, 2010 through H.R. 5297 (Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010).  This is an enhanced property expense depreciation allowed under section 179.  Contractors can use this savings calculator from Western Finance & Lease to estimate their benefit, or they may consult their tax advisor or visit http://www.irs.gov/.
